Your Contribution Reports to: Head of Energy Management Role Purpose: To drive the implementation of energy programs across all Vantage Towers markets. Project leadership for specific projects throughout the project lifecycle, accountable for quality and on-time/in-budget execution and outcome delivery Define the program structure, set objectives, analyze data, and drive improvements quantified with metrics Project team leadership, including coordinating, leading, and supporting internal and external project teams in an agile setup Senior content expertise in energy projects and energy management, including power supply connections and energy billing management Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to milestones and performance across all projects Create, communicate, and manage budgets for projects Develop and share best practice insights with the local TowerCos for energy programs What makes you stand out University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field At least 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in energy management, telecommunications, property management, or the infrastructure sector Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (at least C1 level).
