Apply structured change, risk, and resource management. Drive risk mitigation and communicate impacts clearly. People Management Lead and develop Program Associates and Managers. Set and uphold high execution standards. Executive Influence and Alignment Manage senior stakeholders and drive accountability. Provide recommendations supported by impact analysis and sound judgement. Influence decisions and alignment without formal authority. Program Framework and Vision Evolve the program management framework with cross-functional partners. Shape the medium- to long-term vision for planning and risk management.
