THIS POSITION CAN BE BASED IN MUNICH OR BERLIN.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff.
In this role, you will operate at the interface of our Product and Commercial departments, driving the successful migration of customers across DACH, France, and the rest of Europe. You will coordinate large-scale, product-led migration initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across functions and translating these results into clear migration strategies and playbooks.
Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver migrations on time and to plan, achieving company goals while keeping product, commercial, and legal/finance aligned and working toward the same outcomes.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in SaaS or fast-paced tech environments, or as a consultant.
  • At least 2 years of experience in program/project management, operations, or customer migration projects in a cross-functional environment (e.g., product, engineering, commercial).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus.
  • Strong track record in coordinating cross-functional initiatives; SaaS or legacy product migration experience a plus.
  • Skilled in managing senior leadership and tech/commercial stakeholders; Product and Commercial experience highly valuable.
  • Clear, structured communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic, goal-oriented thinker with consultative problem-solving skills.
  • Pragmatic, calm under pressure, solution-focused, experienced in working across cultures (France and Germany a plus).
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and similar project management tools.
  • Fluent English required; German and/or French a strong plus.
Responsibilities

The role involves a mix of program management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication. This role reports into the Chief of Staff in the CEO Office and works closely with and is expected to have a strong working relationship with senior leadership in Product, Engineering, Commercial, Legal and Finance.

  • Program Ownership - Customer Migration: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex migration programs, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate timelines and targets at the intersection of Product, Account Management, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and external partners. Identify and track risks, blockers, and readiness at an organizational level.
  • Migration Strategy & Playbooks: Build and maintain structured migration approaches tailored to different customer segments (cloud-setup, products, regions). Support Commercial to define incentives, outreach, and communication strategies. Ensure neutral, objective tracking and reporting of migration progress.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple stakeholders at varying levels across the business. Drive alignment between Product, Commercial, and other functions by acting as a bridge between initiatives. Foster engagement and communication throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Reporting and Progress Tracking: Define and track key metrics to measure program success. Prepare and present program reports to stakeholders and senior leadership. Ensure transparency and accountability across workstreams.
