Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple enterprise-level projects within global operations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to ensure successful delivery from planning through deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate multiple projects within a program, from concept through deployment.
  • Define program structure, recommend project management requirements, and evaluate project plans.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues across projects and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee rollout of multiple programs across global sites, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate program communications and promote compliance with governance standards.
  • Mentor project team members and support their professional development.
  • Participate in business case justifications, particularly in IT-related initiatives.
  • Apply independent judgment to both routine and complex information.
  • Develop and manage reporting tools to support business management and decision-making.
  • Manage the lifecycle of key information solutions and ensure successful delivery.
  • Decompose programs into time-phased projects and prioritize deliverables.
  • Define project goals, objectives, and resource requirements; develop and manage budgets.
  • Track expenses and report financials to management.
  • Integrate sub-project plans into a comprehensive program plan.
  • Identify key metrics and milestones; assess and manage risks.
  • Allocate and negotiate resources; manage cost, schedule, and scope variances.
  • Produce and maintain project documentation and information systems.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with governance standards.
  • Communicate effectively across global, regional, and area levels.
  • Clarify roles and responsibilities with partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support vendor and internal negotiations related to cost, schedule, and scope.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and share learnings across teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage the implementation of global business solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years of related experience in program or project management.
  • Proven ability to manage global, high-risk, strategic programs with complex interdependencies.
  • Strong collaboration skills with business leaders, IT partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in defining and managing project scope, time, cost, and quality.
  • Ability to navigate organizational complexity and drive change in dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
