Job Summary We are seeking a senior-level Program Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives across global enterprise environments. This role is responsible for driving operational continuity, governance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional delivery execution across complex technology programs. The ideal candidate brings strong experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams, enterprise change management, regulatory alignment, and operational excellence initiatives within highly regulated environments. This position requires a strategic leader who can partner with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure successful execution of enterprise-wide technology initiatives while maintaining service stability, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Lead global change governance activities across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions to ensure operational continuity, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance. * Manage enterprise-wide infrastructure and security technology implementations, including firewall platforms, F5 technologies, secure web gateways, and large-scale data center migrations. * Oversee end-to-end program execution for complex infrastructure transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, budget, and risk management objectives. * Act as the primary coordination point between engineering, operations, business stakeholders, and executive leadership teams. * Partner with internal technology teams and external regulatory organizations to support compliance initiatives and operational controls. * Drive incident, problem, and risk management activities through structured root-cause analysis, remediation planning, and long-term service improvement strategies. * Identify and manage organizational change risks, ensuring successful adoption and transition planning across impacted teams. * Develop and deliver governance, compliance, and operational readiness training to support enterprise change initiatives. * Lead cross-functional teams in implementing operational and service delivery enhancements focused on stability, efficiency, and customer experience. * Establish strong relationships with business units and operational stakeholders to consistently achieve service delivery objectives and program outcomes. * Ensure production support activities align with ITIL, ITSM, Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management frameworks. * Provide executive-level reporting, status communication, and escalation management for strategic programs and operational initiatives.
