We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Microsoft Co-sell Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the operational processes, including SKU creation, billing creation, and management of multiple subscription-based product lines. This role requires collaboration with Product Managers, vendor specialists, and support for the Managed Services billing through bundle SKUs with Microsoft CSP. Additionally, the Program Manager will help maximize our investment in the Microsoft Partner Opportunity (MPO) program.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, billing operations, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of subscription-based billing and SKU management.
- Experience working with Microsoft CSP and the MPO program is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Pay range: $82,000 - $114,800, depending on experience and skill set

Responsibilities:
- Manage the operational processes for the Microsoft Co-sell program, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Create and manage SKUs and billing processes for multiple subscription-based product lines.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and specialists from other vendors to support and streamline the billing process.
- Oversee Managed Services billing in bundle SKUs with Microsoft CSP, ensuring seamless integration and accuracy.
- Support the MPO program with Microsoft to maximize CDW’s investment and leverage opportunities for growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Co-sell program requirements and best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize billing processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on billing and operational performance to management.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on billing processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
