We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager for a program supporting research and development activities in the Health sector. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities Strategic Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of the Cyfluent EHR, defining the long-term roadmap and aligning feature development with business objectives and market demands. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations (HIPAA, 21st Century Cures Act) and manage the ONC Health IT certification process for all software modules. Cross-Functional Orchestration: Bridge the gap between engineering, clinical SMEs, and QA teams, translating complex clinical workflows into actionable technical user stories. Interoperability Standards: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of data exchange standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) to ensure seamless integration with HIEs and third-party applications. User Experience (UX) Optimization: Champion the "Voice of the Provider" to streamline clinical workflows, reduce click-burden, and validate usability through direct clinician engagement. Agile Release Management: Manage the software delivery pipeline and release schedules, coordinating with DevOps to implement CI/CD processes for high-availability deployment. Risk & Patient Safety Governance: proactively identify and mitigate system risks, maintaining a Clinical Safety Review process to prioritize patient safety-critical defects over cosmetic updates. Stakeholder Reporting: Provide transparent program health reporting to executive leadership and drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth client adoption of new features. Minimum Requirements 20+ years of broad-based leadership across software development, solution delivery, implementation, operations, and technical consulting. Skilled in cultivating strong domestic and international client relationships, managing vendors and accounts, and resolving challenging technical and organizational issues. Knowledge of commercial healthcare delivery systems and networks. Knowledge of government information assurance, policy, and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of and experience in clinical trials and testing, Healthcare solutions, digital test design and execution. Desired Qualifications PMP, CASP, CSSP.
