Senior Program Manager Professional Services with fluent German-skills

You’ll be part of the Professional Services organization and drive the success of multiple, concurring, challenging projects from inception to completion. Your leadership will inspire teams to deliver exceptional results while navigating risks, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with business goals. By creating a clear project vision, fostering collaboration, and removing obstacles, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering value to stakeholders and clients alike. What the role offers

What you need to succeed

  • Experience: At least 10 years of project management in software implementation, preferably in Enterprise Information Management (EIM) or Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
  • Certifications: PMI, Prince2, or similar credentials in project management (waterfall and agile).
  • Proven Skills: Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects, delivering successful outcomes, excellent problem-solving capabilities, outstanding negotiation skills, analytical eye and focus on quality.
  • Resilience: Proven ability to manage customer expectations with your commercial mindset in a software vendor organization.
  • Serve as a point of escalation between the different Open Text and customer departments/teams.
  • Leadership: Skilled in motivating teams, facilitating participatory decision-making, strategic positioning and creating a positive, results-driven team environment.
  • Global Mindset: Experience working with virtual, globally distributed teams while effectively managing time zone and cultural differences.
  • Communication: Strong ability to coordinate across departments and foster open, transparent dialogue with clients and internal teams. Fluent German and English language skills are a must, both written and spoken. Dutch language skills would be beneficial.
