Work Setup: Onsite Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City Shift: Monday-Friday; 6am - 3pm; Fixed weekends off Non-negotiable Requirements: At least 3 years of Program Manager experience Able to handle multiple teams all at once With prior experience with compliance and performance management Knowledge in tech products BPO experience with B2B experience in the US Market Strong English communication skills Okay with growing his/her team – only 5 team members in the PH to date Duties and Responsibilities: New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead end-to-end NPI programs across various product categories, from development kickoff to production ramp-up and launch. Convert Product Management requirements and PRDs into clear program plans with defined scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resources. Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the single-threaded leader ensuring program delivery by coordinating Product Management, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Compliance, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams. Drive accountability and influence outcomes using data-driven decisions and governance, without formal authority. Risk, Issue, and Change Management: Maintain integrated schedules, dashboards, and KPIs focused on timeline, cost, readiness, and risk. Provide clear status updates to stakeholders, highlighting risks, decisions needed, and progress. Program Governance and Communication: Ensure transparent program oversight through robust schedules, dashboards, and KPIs. Effectively communicate critical risks, decisions, and progress to stakeholders and leadership. Portfolio Contribution: Manage multiple concurrent NPI programs of varying complexity and stages. Mentor Project Coordinators, guiding prioritization and providing context while owning program outcomes.
