JOB DESCRIPTION:
Remitly’s vision is to transform lives with trusted financial services that transcend borders. Since 2011, we have been tirelessly delivering on our promises to people who send money around the world. Today, we are reimagining global financial services and building products that extend beyond traditional barriers to give customers access to more of the services they need, no matter where they call home. Join over 2,700 employees worldwide who are growing their careers with purpose and connection with our customers while having a positive impact on millions of people around the globe.
The Global Network team is looking for a Senior Program Manager specifically focused on the South Asia and Europe region focused on building a reliable, defensible, and instant global money transfer network. The Global Network team is a fundamental driver of Remitly’s ability to reach international customers and provide a diverse set of disbursement methods such as bank deposit, mobile wallets, cash pickup and home delivery. From the quality of integrations, to creating a world class money transfer platform that can disburse billions of dollars, to the customer-facing personal experiences we build, the Global Network team directly impacts the Remitly experience.
This is a technical role; you’ll be expected to develop a strong understanding of Remitly’s internal services, investigate how they interoperate with partner APIs, and help design scalable integration approaches. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and partner teams, often translating complex technical requirements into actionable plans that enable global expansion and reliability. You will report to the Director of the Global Money Movement and will have a dedicated engineering team to achieve your roadmap and goals. This role is based in our London office and will be hybrid (50% of your time onsite).
