As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating complex initiatives with a team of project managers and product owners. You will work with trading, sales, risk, IT, operations, and vendor partners across multiple countries to ensure smooth execution and impactful delivery. Your focus will be on aligning business needs with technology, managing dependencies across projects, and creating sustainable value for the trading function.
