Responsibilities
  • Leads, from concept to launch, complex programs delivering innovative control systems to be leveraged by multiple business units globally within cost, schedule, and quality targets
  • Leads the collaboration with program sponsors, business units, multiple functions at the business and enterprise levels, etc. to ensure program objectives balance stakeholder needs and deliver results efficiently
  • Identify, negotiate, and resolve priority conflicts and drive to aligned decisions
  • Leads the development and manages key program deliverables including a program charter, scope, requirements, schedule, risk, etc.
  • Works closely with a cross-functional, multi-product, global team to develop control systems within a hybrid Stage-Gate and Agile product development process
  • Ensure all functional teams including hardware, firmware, software, algorithms, systems, validation, digital/telematics, etc. are working cohesively together to deliver a comprehensive, cohesive, high-quality control system by analyzing project data, monitoring process adherence, etc.
  • Provide executive visibility to project, program, portfolio and functional level status, issues, risks, costs through periodic presentations and a formal escalation methodology
  • Influence and drive alignment of consistent practices across product teams, business units, etc.
  • Ability to travel 10-20%
