Description
Senior Program Manager Establish program governance frameworks, reporting structures, and risk management strategies. Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, Finance, and external vendors to align transition objectives. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and employee experience. Develop and execute change management plans to support impacted employees and teams. Drive end-to-end business transition programs, including planning, execution, and stabilization phases. Ensure compliance with global mobility policies, tax regulations, and immigration requirements throughout the transition. Strategic Thinking Risk Management Leadership & Influence Analytical Problem-Solving Adaptability & Resilience Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance or related with Prior Business Transition Project Management experience. 15 to 20 years of project/program management experience, with at least 8 years in transition or global mobility projects. Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-country transitions in a professional services environment (Big 4 experience an added advantage). Strong understanding of global mobility policies, tax, immigration, and compliance frameworks. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, MS Planner, JIRA, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with cross-cultural teams.
