About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager – Data to lead strategic data transformation initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in program and project management, particularly within the insurance and financial services sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale data programs, managing cross-functional teams, and driving results within scope, budget, and timeline.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• 15+ years of experience in program and project management, with budgets exceeding $10 million.
• Proven experience delivering strategic data transformation programs in the insurance or financial sector.
• Hands-on experience with data warehouse, data lake, and data visualization implementations.
• At least one project experience in the government sector is preferred.
• Strong understanding of data collection, correlation, and analysis.

  Pay: $80,134.78-$170,000.46 per year
