• Assume overall responsibility: You will take over an already launched, cross-functional program for the market launch of the new product platform FutureLEAP and develop it into an effective, binding overall management system. In doing so, you will create transparency regarding status, risks, and dependencies, and ensure that decisions are made and measures are consistently implemented.
• End-to-end management: You coordinate and manage all key program components across the entire value chain – from market positioning, target segments, and competitive transparency to go-to-market and international rollouts, as well as pricing, marketing, sales enablement, product development, supply chain, service, digital offerings, and strategic product discontinuation. Your goal is a consistently managed and successfully established product platform in the market.
• Synchronizing maturity levels: They ensure that technical, industrial, commercial and economic prerequisites are achieved in parallel and align all functions towards a common goal.
• Creating governance: They establish clear decision-making and control structures, lead program and steering committees, and ensure transparency, prioritization, and accountability across all functions.
• Resolving blockages: You identify conflicting goals early on, moderate differing interests, and escalate if necessary. In doing so, you create a strong commitment from all parties involved.
• Strengthening collaboration: They promote cross-functional collaboration, critically examine existing ways of working, and further develop the program as a blueprint for future strategic initiatives.
