Employment Type: Temporary full-time role until 30 June 2026 with possibility of extension Location: Flexible/hybrid working arrangements available across NSW, with some travel to Sydney metro locations required from time to time (negotiable) Grade: Clerk Grade 9/10 Salary Range: $129,464 - $142,665 p.a. base salary dependent on experience, plus 12% superannuation Division: This role sits within the Agile Chapter Leadership Directorate of GTP About the Role As the Senior Program Officer, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and implementation of GTP initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, providing expert guidance and ensuring the successful delivery of program objectives. Your leadership, organisational, and analytical skills will be essential as you manage complex projects and contribute to strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of GTP projects and initiatives Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Monitor program budgets, timelines, and performance indicators Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations for senior management Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success Mentor and support junior team members to foster a high-performance culture About You Extensive experience in program or project management, preferably in an agile / Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Relevant tertiary qualifications A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement What We Offer Flexible working arrangements Opportunities for professional development and career progression Supportive and inclusive team culture AI Statement The NSW Government is committed to ensuring the safe, ethical, and responsible deployment of AI across NSW.
