Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance Work Schedule: Onsite, Full-time, Monday–Friday with ability to travel extensively Role Overview: The Senior Program / Project Manager serves as Key Personnel responsible for overall contract execution, customer coordination, and performance oversight. This role leads program planning, execution, and reporting while ensuring compliance with contractual, security, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include managing schedules, risk, staffing, and deliverables; serving as the primary customer interface; leading internal execution teams; supporting configuration and logistics planning; and ensuring compliance with security, quality, and reporting requirements. General Skillset Experience with Microsoft Office Verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both collaboratively and individually Critical Thinking Skills Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed Specific Skillset Proven experience leading government programs or large-scale projects from planning through execution Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and performance management principles Experience managing subcontractors, task orders, and cross-functional technical teams Ability to develop and execute risk mitigation and corrective action plans Experience delivering executive-level status reports, metrics, and briefings Working knowledge of government contract compliance and reporting requirements Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and process improvement initiatives Requirements Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or management-related field (preferred) PMP Certification or DAWIA Level II Program Management (preferred) Experience Requirements 10+ years of program or project management experience Prior experience supporting DoD or Federal Government programs preferred Experience leading multi-site / OCONUS programs Demonstrated experience interfacing with Government CORs and PMs Build Your Career With Us Linchpin Solutions’ professional services organization is committed to delivering qualified candidates that meet or exceed clients’ technical and management expectations.
