The Organisational Performance Team sits withing Councils Strategy, Performance and Records Business Unit and oversees the Council’s improvement and service review programs, which focuses on optimising service delivery, processes, and innovation. The service manages various programs and projects, including education and capacity building, service improvement and savings identification, implementation and reporting, and measuring and documentation.
The Organisational Performance Business Unit implements improvements across the entire business, ensuring continuous enhancements and providing improved customer experience.

The Key focus areas of this role include:

  • Undertake comprehensive and collaborative service reviews and improvement programs to identify opportunities to enhance organisational performance or improve service delivery
  • Manage and deliver complex projects using appropriate methodologies and ensure high quality delivery, on time and within budget.
  • Develop mechanisms and data analysis that enables the measurement, monitoring and reporting of Council’s continuous improvement results and performance progression
