Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity to take on a Senior Programme Administrator role and help shape the innovators of tomorrow. This new role is a pivotal member of the Teaching Office Team within the growing Dyson School of Design Engineering.

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day admin activities of our one Undergraduate and five Postgraduate programmes within the Dyson School of Design Engineering.
You will oversee constructing and maintaining our timetabling. You will also manage the delivery of our assessment activities, ensuring fairness, integrity and precision.
You will act as a key contact for our students and staff, helping to positively influence all aspects of our student’s journeys throughout their studies.
There is a strong focus on working collaboratively in the Teaching Office Team, to ensure we provide the best support we can for our students, staff and external partners. In this way, you will work closely with colleagues to help support others and to give you an opportunity to broaden your experience and skills.
