Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall and direct supervision of the Programme Officer (Transition and Recovery Division – TRD), the incumbent will be based in Banteay Meanchey with regular travel to other border provinces, and will provide programme and operational support to Shelter and community infrastructure interventions. The role works in close coordination with the National Project Officer (Preparedness, Response and Recovery) based in the Country Office, as well as with relevant programme units including livelihoods, protection, and social cohesion, to ensure integrated and conflict-sensitive programme delivery. The incumbent will support coordination, community engagement, assessments, and monitoring of activities, working closely with community-based organizations (CBOs), local authorities, and implementing partners. The position contributes to ensuring that interventions are responsive to community needs, aligned with organizational standards, and effectively implemented.Top of Form The role also supports reporting, resource tracking, and programme planning processes, while promoting accountability, inclusion, and adherence to organizational standards and safeguards. Additionally, the incumbent will contribute to strengthening the capacities of local stakeholders, including community-based organizations (CBOs) and government counterparts, to support effective and sustainable programme implementation.
