Description
Creating something fascinating: Your tasks
Management, control and independent leadership of Liebherr Aerospace Lindenberg's largest customer program with responsibility for achieving cost, schedule and quality targets in the serial and aftermarket business.
Responsibility for the implementation, management and further development of existing customer contracts as well as for the drafting, adaptation and negotiation of new contractual agreements.
Professional leadership of an interdisciplinary program team and ensuring targeted collaboration between all participating functions.
Cross-departmental coordination and alignment with internal departments to achieve the technical, scheduling and economic program objectives.
Control and monitoring of the agreed performance indicators as well as analysis and evaluation of suitable measures in case of deviations.
Creation, coordination and presentation of program status reports to the customer and relevant internal stakeholders.
Identification and assessment of program risks, as well as development, implementation and monitoring of suitable measures and strategies for risk minimization
