We are seeking a talented and passionate, Senior Programme Manager to join the Control Simplification Programme
The Control Simplification initiative focuses on developing comprehensive control standards across the bank, updating our control library and is focused on eliminating and streamlining existing controls to enhance the bank’s risk and control capabilities. The programme includes redefining the assurance operating model, automating controls at the source where appropriate, and implementing automated control testing to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in risk management processes.
The role holder will be responsible for manage the Control Transformation workstream in the programme. This is a large and complex workstream which requires the individual to lead delivery globally and pan bank and ensure we have strong delivery and governance. The role holder will work with the Programme Director, leading the financial management, planning and governance for this critical workstream.
