The role will involve:• Leading projects from initial planning through to successful delivery and closure• Working closely with clients to define requirements, priorities, scope and delivery plans• Coordinating cross-functional teams across Technology, Product, Engineering and Customer Delivery• Managing project governance, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues• Providing clear and regular updates to both internal and client stakeholders• Driving accountability across delivery teams and ensuring commitments are met• Supporting the preparation and management of project documentation and commercial deliverables• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and project teams• Identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes and ways of working

1. We are keen to speak with Project Managers who have:• Strong experience delivering software projects in a client-facing/ environment• Core banking implementation project experience, including SaaS implementation within financial services/ fintech or a complex technology organisation• Experience working across multiple technical and business teams• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills• The ability to manage changing priorities while maintaining focus on delivery• Strong problem-solving, communication and risk management skills• A good understanding of software development and technology delivery environmentsThis role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of delivery and acting as a key link between clients, business stakeholders and technical teams.
