POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst with 15+ years in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise software solutions. Skilled in analyzing business needs, building scalable applications, and optimizing system performance. Strong in end-to-end SDLC, integration, and troubleshooting, with proven ability to deliver quality solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform any or all of the following):  (Experience Required: Minimum 15 years)

  • Design and implement new web applications using Microsoft technologies.
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) in a SCRUM/Agile environment.
  • Understand existing Data Model designs and modify them as required.
  • Ensure the scalability and performance of the new web application.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues within the new system.
  • Work closely with the DevOps team to maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
  • Provide proof of concept solutions for implementation and design of critical components.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 15 years of experience in SDLC support, with a focus on Design Web Applications with Microsoft technologies.
  • 15 years of experience in SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
  • 5 year of experience in DevOps practices, particularly in maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automation.
  • 5 year of experience working with Blazor Web Applications.
  • 10 years of experience applying Design Patterns and Principles
  • 10 years of experience working with SQL Server database, including stored procedures, and query performance tuning.
  • Strong knowledge of version control systems using Bitbucket or Git.
    

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
