Job Description: (Senior Programmer / Software Engineer) Project Implementation Support:• Assist in managing system implementation activities, working closely with the manager (include POC).• Actively participate in the full system development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis & design, implementation, testing and system launch.Expert System Support:• Provide expert-level technical support for our Telecom and AI systems (earn professional certificates for enterprise level systems and platforms)• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.Cross-Functional Collaboration:• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team, including developers, data engineers, security professionals, operations teams (DevOps, DataOps, MLOps), and business unit executives.• Work together to identify and implement innovative use cases, and drive the SIT/UAT.Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including testing cases, maintenance guides, and user guides.• Ensure all documentation meets requirements and facilitates knowledge transfer. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft Windows (workstations and servers), Linux, and configuring networks/security. Strong practical experience with any C# ASP.NET, .NET Core, MAUI, and API development for web applications. Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or MariaDB. Exposure to DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, JIRA) is a plus. Proven ability to learn new technologies and concepts independently. Effective communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken/written).

Responsibilities
