POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Senior-Level Programmer with proven leadership ability to manage a programming team and serve as a bridge between technical execution and business objectives. This individual will oversee our programming team, manage projects through our PMO, and ensure clear communication of project status to internal staff and end customers.
The ideal candidate will not only bring advanced programming skills but also a strategic understanding of marketing technology, campaign analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams.
  • Strong background in programming (full-stack experience preferred).
  • Experience with PMO processes and project management best practices.
  • In-depth understanding of omni-channel marketing, referral programs, and loyalty systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of UTM tracking, website analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar), and email campaign analytics.
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting for campaign ROI and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both technical and non-technical.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the programming team, providing mentorship, direction, and technical guidance.
  • Manage projects through the PMO, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
  • Communicate project status and technical updates to internal teams and clients in a clear, business-friendly manner.
  • Oversee development and execution of omni-channel marketing initiatives, referral marketing, and loyalty program systems.
  • Implement and optimize UTM tracking, web traffic analytics, and email performance analytics (open rate, CTR, conversions).
  • Analyze campaign performance data and prepare ROI and performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and account teams to ensure seamless campaign integration.
