As a Senior Programs & Projects Specialist, Total Rewards, you’ll help shape how we deliver and communicate our compensation, equity, and recognition programs across the company. This role encourages remote work and will require the individual to attend meetings (via Teams calls) catering to time zones across the globe. Let’s talk about Responsibilities Program Management & Implementation Develop and execute project plans for rewards-related initiatives, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables. Manage the implementation of a market analysis tool, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and alignment with compensation strategy. Partner with people systems and vendors to integrate and maintain systems supporting total rewards programs. Training & Enablement Develop training programs utilizing multiple delivery platforms for the people team (including Talent Acquisition), managers, and employees on content such as compensation principles, equity programs, and ESPP participation. Create educational materials and resources to promote understanding and adoption of total rewards offerings. Communication & Change Management Lead communication strategies for total rewards programs, including annual compensation cycles, recognition initiatives, and new program rollouts. Translate complex rewards concepts into clear, engaging, and employee-friendly content. Collaborate with the internal communications team to ensure consistent messaging across channels. Digital Content & Knowledge Management Design, launch, and maintain total rewards intranet pages that serve as a hub for compensation, benefits, and recognition information. Ensure digital resources are intuitive, up-to-date, and aligned with brand and People communication standards. Analysis & Continuous Improvement Partner with Compensation Operations on initiatives and ad-hoc business needs Measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities to enhance employee understanding and engagement with total rewards. Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, HR program management, or related HR project delivery roles. Strong understanding of compensation and equity programs. Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex concepts. Experience building and maintaining HR content on intranet or knowledge platforms (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred: Working knowledge of Workday or similar People system. Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools and analytics platforms preferred.
