QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or 5+ years of equivalent accounting experience.
  • Strong background in construction and project accounting, preferably in commercial construction.
  • Proficient with construction accounting software (ComputerEase or similar).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe.
  • Knowledge of accounting, tax, and HR compliance.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across project teams, clients, and vendors.
