This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project. You’ll be responsible for: Own project financials: budget, commitments, and actuals (value of work done). Lead monthly reporting, reforecasting, and variance analysis. Oversee TDC, funding requirements, and budget movements. Develop dashboards and automate reporting (Power BI / Excel). Provide commercial insights and challenge cost assumptions. Review/approve PRs & POs and ensure budget control. Manage accruals and month-end close. Identify cost risks, overruns, and funding gaps. Ensure compliance with DoA, controls, and audit requirements. Drive process improvements and standardisation. You’ll need to have: Degree in Finance / Accounting. 8–10 years’ experience in project finance (construction / real estate / infrastructure preferred). Strong experience in TDC management, reporting, dashboards, and automation. Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA) preferred. Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control. Experience with SAP or similar. Advanced Excel & Power BI / dashboarding. Strong stakeholder management.
