The Mental Health Commission of NSW is seeking interested applicants for the position of Senior Project Advisor within the Directorate of System Reform. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small fast paced team that is committed to making a positive difference to the mental health and wellbeing of the people of NSW.
The Commission is a small agency of about 30 FTE based in the Sydney CBD and working flexibly within hybrid workplace guidelines.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Senior Project Advisor provides expert qualitative and quantitative data analysis advice and is responsible for monitoring and reporting on the implementation of government strategies and frameworks on mental health reform developed by the Commission. The role will also lead projects identified in the Commission’s Strategic Plan and the annual business plan.
The Directorate of System Reform includes three teams: System Monitoring and Reporting, Strategic Planning and Projects, and Advocacy and Reform.
This position sits within the System Monitoring and Reporting (SMAR) team. The SMAR team monitors, evaluates and reports on the mental health and wellbeing of the NSW people and plays a vital role in the implementation of statewide strategic plans and frameworks.
