We are looking for a Senior Project and Construction Manager to join our community of PM in a mission to Shape a Better World.
As a Senior Project and Construction Manager in our team, you will be part of the delivery of significant and complex projects in the Science and Industry and Technology sectors with a focus on Data Centre design and construction, working as part of large, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable ‘Total Architecture’ on an international scale.
Candidates with working experience in Data Center or Industrial Projects are highly preferential.

DOES THIS ROLE INSPIRE YOU?

• We’re looking for someone who is passionate about industrial projects. We also value:
• Minimum 5 years of experience on site for industrial projects that will include critical Infrastructure for Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Bio-tech, Petrochemical or similar environments.
• Proven experience in project and construction management Customer focused, Self-motivated and flexible.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and industry best practices including health and safety procedures.
• Experience in construction procurement methodologies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building planning.
• Timely realization of complex project with associated budget planning.
• Strong communication skills, confident appearance, organizational and negotiating skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project and Excel.
• Fluency in both Italian and English language.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
