Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

In Bautzen, 1,200 colleagues manufacture S-Bahn, tram, and light rail vehicles, as well as high-speed trains, with a focus on final assembly, commissioning, and delivery. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to Andre Daniel, the Site Project Director Bautzen and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

  • Mandatory knowledge of railway products, railway solutions (signalling, telecom etc.), systems and components
  • Knowledge of CCM tools (e. g. ALM, Clear Quest, Clear Case SAP, PLM, AEC-tpPLM etc.)
  • Ability to communicate with all involved project/program stakeholders
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Systematic, rigorous, proactive and organized with good attention to details
  • Contributing to continuous improvement on processes and standards for CCM
  • Is a team contributor and sets a good environment for team colleagues
  • Driven for results with strong multi-tasking and influencing skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Leadership skills
  • Preferable trained to a recognized Configuration and Change Management standard
  • Demonstrates comprehensive communication and negotiation skills and the ability to guide, influence and convince others even without formal leadership
  • Coordinates a team of professionals, team leads and/or supervisors engaged in specific tasks related to CC
