KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, configure, and implement Zoho ERP solutions for clients.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into effective ERP configurations.
• Provide training and support to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated on Zoho’s latest products, features, and industry trends.
