Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence Experience in working with Nudge Units within government agencies or corporates Expertise in applying behavioural science frameworks to develop strategies that enhance policy effectiveness and improve service delivery Proficient in conducting behavioural diagnostics and primary research to inform and evaluate project outcomes. Skilled in designing and executing behavioural science initiatives that assess the impact of interventions on citizen engagement Ability to analyze and synthesize data from impact evaluations to inform decision-making and policy recommendations. Skills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must haveQualification Master of Business Administration Master’s degree in behavioural science, Cognitive Psychology, Social Psychology, Neuroscience "Masters in economics" Experience 5+ years mandatory experience with Nudge Units within government agencies or corporates What we look forPeople with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
