JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Controls and Scheduler to join our talented team. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project controls, including planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management for our major infrastructure projects. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and ensuring that all project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to analyze project performance data, provide insights, and implement corrective actions to mitigate any identified risks. As a Senior Project Controls and Scheduler, you will also mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their development and enhancing the overall capability of the project controls team. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 15 years of experience in project controls and scheduling, with a strong emphasis on infrastructure projects. Expertise with project management software including Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. Thorough understanding of project controls principles, methodologies, and best practices. Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a collaborative approach to team dynamics. Strong oral and written communication skills. Experience in cost control and risk management is highly desirable.
