Description:

Position status: This Talent Pool has been set up to register your interest in both current and future roles within Latin America as we progress with both secured work and bid for new opportunities.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Latin America region is home to some of the world’s fastest growing economies, with large-scale investment in infrastructure set for the coming years. We are looking to expand our footprint within Latin America from our base in Lima, Peru with potential opportunities throughout both Central and South America including Mexico, Colombia, Brazil and Argentina.
We are looking for ambitious and dynamic Project Controls Managers with a background in large NEC Civil Engineering Projects who are looking for an opportunity to deliver large infrastructure schemes with both a huge social and economic benefit for Latin America.
Since day one, we have relentlessly pursued a better way. Our purpose – to redefine the boundaries of ambition – is the reason we do it. It’s why we exist. It’s what drives us forward. It’s how we create an enduring legacy in this world.
Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.

OUR EXPERIENCE IN LATIN AMERICA

The Lima 2019 Pan American and Parapan American Games showed that true success, and a lasting impact, comes from collaboration between clients, advisors, and contractors.
During this programme, our team introduced the NEC3 form of contract to the region, along with new methods of procurement and a ’one team’ delivery approach, inspiring new ways of working and building stronger foundations for future success.
Through our role on the UK Delivery Team working with the Authority for Reconstruction with Changes, we help to provide critical infrastructure across Peru following the damage caused by El Niño in 2017.
The position allows us to oversee all the elements needed to successfully deliver a programme and to add maximum value by leveraging the existing strengths of the regional supply chains in combination with our international expertise.
