Job Description The Senior Project Controls Manager will operate in a collaborative supporting team environment, ensuring that client objectives are met. Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Lead dynamic planning sessions and collaborate with the project management team and stakeholders to create and implement schedules and identify risks. Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip. Undertake “what if” / scenario analysis on schedules. Prepare and update cash flow projections regularly. Provide forecasts for project completion, manhours, and resources to optimize cost forecasting. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on creating scalable solutions and team development. Qualifications 10+ years’ experience. BSc Degree in the relevant field is preferred. Regional experience with professional consultancy is necessary. Advanced Knowledge and Proficiency with multiple discipline specific software applications such as Primavera (P6) and/or other planning and resourcing software. Experience withing PMO environment preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
