Senior Project Controls Manager, Rizal Mace combines global delivery consultancy experience to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. You’ll be responsible for: Leads PMO and Project Controls delivery across assigned commissions, ensuring robust frameworks and governance. Advises clients and project teams on cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting to drive performance. Oversees baseline development, change control, and performance monitoring to safeguard outcomes. Builds strong client relationships and steers multidisciplinary stakeholders toward aligned objectives. Manages, mentors and develops PMO and Project Controls teams to achieve excellence. Ensures compliance with Mace Control Centre standards while supporting carbon‑reduction goals. You’ll need to have: Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership with strong risk, planning, reporting and digital tool capability. Skilled in PMO frameworks, assurance, and key platforms including Power BI, Primavera and supporting analytics tools. Strong stakeholder, communication and influencing skills across complex, fast‑paced project environments. Relevant degree (e.g. construction, engineering) or equivalent, with PMO/Project Controls experience; APM PPC certification; progress toward chartership or professional membership; and advancement toward MSP/P3O/P3M3 accreditation.
