Overview As a Senior Project Controls Specialist at Linesight, you’ll be part of a high-performing, culturally diverse team delivering one of Europe’s most ambitious data centre builds. The Opportunity In this role you will: Evaluate our current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients About us We would love to hear from you if you: Have demonstrated experience implementing cost & schedule management work processes Have a comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structures Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related disciplin Are currently living or looking to move to Farciennes (you must have the legal right to work already)
Responsibilities
