    The Transformation team aims to transform the way Ampcontrol does business with a focus on the future ways of work. As a result of growing strategic and project requirements, we have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Project Management – Certificate IV or equivalent.
  • Experience in complex project coordination.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software applications, including MS Project.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years’ Project Coordination experience
  • Customer relationship management
  • Demonstrated experience in resolving problems, both technical and people management issues.
  • Well organised with strong time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to management multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and thoroughness in work
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and propose solutions
  • Risk Management Skills: Ability to support and manage risk mitigation plans
  • Time Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time effectively
