Overview:
Ready to shape the future of science and global health? ATCC, a leading nonprofit biological resources and standards organization, is seeking a remote Senior Project Coordinator. This role assists in the planning and execution of projects from initiation through delivery. They organize cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project while adhering to budget, scope, and schedule requirements.
The Senior Project Coordinator provides support to project management functions within established practices and procedures and works on problems of moderate scope. They support routine project tasks to ensure consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Oversee small to medium-sized projects, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures while effectively managing schedules and deadlines.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project plans, document progress, and reports for internal and external stakeholders and Senior Management, facilitating informed decision-making and project transparency.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination and Technical Support: Collaborate between internal and external departments or service providers, ensuring project requirements are met and any delays or concerns are addressed promptly. Provide technical support, including project scheduling and data entry to optimize project performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years’ experience or equivalent experience.
  • PMP preferred.
  • Ability to understand process flows and operational systems to meet the defined requirements of the business.
  • Excellent communication and team skills.

Benefits:
The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program.
