Description

Cherwell Interiors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the interior design or construction industry. You will play a key role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of interior design projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, with a focus on interior design or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • Ability to handle project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A background in architecture, construction management, or interior design is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate all phases of project execution, including planning, scheduling, procurement, and quality control.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, contracts, and progress reports.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Coordinate site visits, ensuring all work is being carried out in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Supervise and liaise with project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Ensure all project documentation is in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
  • Facilitate client meetings, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
  • Handle procurement of materials and services, ensuring cost-efficiency and quality of resources.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure the project stays within financial limits.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to assess project performance, identify lessons learned, and provide recommendations for future projects.
