We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role ensuring high-quality project delivery, supporting communities and driving innovation in service delivery. Reporting to Procurement & Subcontractor Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Coordinate and oversee project works for tenanted and vacant properties, ensuring compliance with contractual standards. Manage subcontractor performance and foster strong partnerships with service delivery partners. Conduct quality and compliance audits, driving continuous improvement across all projects. Prepare accurate estimates, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Support bid preparation and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance client satisfaction. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in coordinating multiple projects within the building and construction industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships. Knowledge of Work Health and Safety legislation and compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and work order management systems. A proactive, team-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
