About the Role The role provides analytical and project support to facilitate the planning, control, monitoring and delivery of Agency projects. The role acts as a key liaison between project team members, stakeholders and the project manager to ensure clear identification of tasks and key deliverables to ensure overall successful implementation of the project. Prince2/PMBOK or similar Project Management methodology, knowledge and capability. Significant project coordination experience, including: Coordination of complex multi-stream projects and business processes Strong Relationship Management and Communication skills Experience liaising with SME’s in developing and updating documentation and procedures. Knowledge of Project Management fundamentals, methodologies & frameworks. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Project, excel and visio. Highly organised and experienced in preparation of project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes. Experience liaising with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) in developing and updating documentation and procedures. Track record in coordinating stakeholders and project teams in a complex matrix environment to achieve agreed outcomes to immovable milestones. Event coordination and implementation highly regarded. Demonstrated skills in core PM disciplines (risks and issues management, scheduling, stakeholder liaison, planning and project estimation). Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners. Satisfactory criminal record check result.
