Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all administrative functions are effectively executed to meet project team requirements.
  • Functional task areas include project invoicing, project schedule reviews, project submittals, subcontract/subcontractor management, purchase orders, logistics support, project documentation, and task order tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with assigned team members, as well as management as needed to meet client project/program requirements.
  • Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with team members, vendors, management, and other departments
  • Attend briefings, conferences, and other government-designated meetings as required in the execution of this effort or as requested by supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned
