The Blueprint
The Senior Project Coordinator will work closely with Assistant Project Manager, Project Lead and Project Manager to provide support in all aspects of the project lifecycle with a particular focus on the day-to-day liaising with the construction site.

A Glimpse into Your Daily Activities

  • Oversee the completion of all project’s administrative tasks with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Monitor site progress to ensure all deficiencies and required items are completed according to the Project Lifecycle and schedule.
  • Assist the Project Manager in liaising with the daily needs of the construction site.
  • Support Assistant Project Manager, Project Lead, Project Manager and Construction Superintendent to resolve problems and ensure site and project deliverables are met.
  • Participate in all site and customer care team meetings, working from site as directed, and resolving administrative issues as they arise.
  • Assist with, and administer directly, the coordination of all drawings and contracts.
  • Prepare a range of project and reporting documentation for review by APM / PL / Project Manager as well as governance and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Superintendent to address unforeseen site conditions and resolve related issues.
  • Support the Safety Manager and site staff in enforcing safety requirements.
  • Work alongside Sales Staff to ensure completed inventory suites, parking, and lockers expedite sales efforts.
  • Ensure the building is prepared for first inspections and move-ins, meeting hotel readiness standards.
  • Monitor and track completion of deficiencies by the site in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate internal technical audits and ensure timely addressing of identified items while trades are on-site.
  • Coordinate drawings to a level suitable for tendering each discipline under the guidance of the Project Manager.

The Architect of Your Success

  • A Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in project management within the high-rise residential industry.
  • Basic understanding of standard project administrative practices and procedures, as well as basic construction language and drawings.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage paperwork, contracts, schedules, and documentation efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with site staff, attend meetings, and resolve administrative issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with different teams, including construction superintendents, safety managers, and sales staff.
  • Proficiency in multitasking, prioritization, and managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset to facilitate effective project operations.
