RK&K is hiring a dynamic Transportation, Roadway Senior Project Delivery Leader, to join our King of Prussia team. This is an outstanding opportunity to help lead and grow a group of extremely talented engineers on current and upcoming highway planning, design, and design-build projects throughout the southeast and our broader company portfolio of work. Essential Functions As a Senior Project Delivery Leader on our transportation team, you will provide a wide variety of lead and support roles on various transportation/highway engineering tasks. Job functions may include: * Lead large and multifaceted transportation design projects in a dynamic, fast-paced team-oriented environment * Assist with the growth with various clients including PennDOT, PA Turnpike, Montgomery County, etc. * Review and certify engineering plans, models and documents to meet quality control goals and standards of care * Analyze and develop interchange alternative studies to meet purpose and need and recommend design solutions * Mentor engineering and technician staff on transportation design tasks * Strong understanding of highway design standards, current software and other highway design manuals, trends and guidelines * Produce and oversee construction documents, specifications, and construction cost estimates * Prepare for and facilitate internal and client meetings, presentations and approval of plans * Direct project staff and sub-consultants on various projects and assignments * Serve as liaison between clients and firm * Coordinate and develop relationships with clients, consultants, government agencies, and project staff * Support proposal and business development efforts across RK&K  Required Skills and Experience  * Twenty (20) years of experience in civil engineering design and/or transportation/highway engineering * Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program * Professional Engineer (P.E.) license  * Expertise in OpenRoads Designer / Microstation / Geopak / InRoads and strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel * Strong understanding of AASHTO, State and local design criteria Preferred Skills and Experience  * Involvement with relevant Professional Society (ices)  What We Offer RK&K offers excellent potential for career advancement and professional growth.
