• Develop and manage construction schedules; brief vendors on timelines.
• Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to ensure work quality and timely completion.
• Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries, and installation schedules.
• Oversee compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
