Description

Description Lead and oversee the production of design layouts and features. Lead site investigations and observations. Lead the translation of conceptual ideas into architectural graphics and prepare/conduct design presentations to communicate ideas to clients. Lead and oversee the preparation of proposals, reports and findings. Lead the develop technical drawings. Requirements Bachelor’s in Architecture from an accredited college or university. 10+ years of experience. Preferred Education & Experience Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university Experience using Newforma, Deltek Vision, SketchUp and InDesign a plus Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications Independently performs assignments with instructions as to the general results expected. Understands the client’s decision-making processes and develops relationships internally and externally. Proficiency with REVIT Excellent Communication and presentation skills, detailing ability, strong code knowledge and planning experience. Detailed understanding of various regulatory building codes. Salary range for this position varies between $115,000 – $175,000, depending upon applicable experience.
