What you’ll do We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to build elegant products on world-class technologies that bring our experience to millions of restaurateurs, anytime and anywhere. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including: Excels in a particular design craft (UX and UI) Broader and deeper contribution to a program (a "go-to" person) Owns a sizable part of a program and runs it for a sustained period of time without a lot of oversight Takes on more conceptual work. Creates novel approaches to solving well-known design challenges Creates design brief, including design goals, principles, scoping design effort, timelines, and dependencies Owns the design process end-to-end, moving from concept through to shipping, at multiple fidelity levels What we’re looking for You have 5+ years of experience in product or UX design Ability to be a strategic partner by understanding the competitive environment and building a vision for how the product will fit in the market Strong full-stack design skills, from interaction design to visual design to system thinking, and everything in between. Proven track record in building products from the ground up and working effectively with cross-functional partners Solid communication skills and ability to effectively prioritize projects Foster a collaborative team environment and make sound judgments based on user data, insights ,and business objectives A deep curiosity and passion for the food industry, translating into innovative designs that change the way we think about how meals make it on a plate English proficiency is a must.
